Lululemon Case Study

2015

This case study was created for the Young Menswear Association's Fashion Scholarship Fund annual competition. I heavily researched Lululemon and their recent negative attention in order to find a way for Lululemon to gain back their customer's trust.

 

The case study includes a competitive analysis and a 6-month marketing plan (attached). In addition, I designed new yoga garments and textile prints, color stories that represent fall 2015, and a new hangtag.
